We operate on a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, this means unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please carefully inspect your order upon received. If the item is found to be defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and fix it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges:

The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and examined your return. We will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process and post the refund.
