Return Policy
RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION ARE NOT ACCEPTED
We are always happy to provide additional pictures, measurements, and information about any of our items. Our products are consistently described accurately, and we guarantee their authenticity 100%. Regrettably, we cannot process returns for orders outside of the European Union due to customs charges associated with returns.
EVERYTHING LISTED BELOW APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES FULFILLED AND DELIVERED WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
We operate on a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
For a return to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@circularfash.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and examined your return. We will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process and post the refund.
